We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or your access to it at any time, for any reason, without notice.
We are committed to providing the App in good faith and to the best of our abilities. We strive to ensure that the App functions as intended and that the information it provides is as accurate and reliable as possible. However, you acknowledge that all content entered into the App is your sole responsibility. While we strive to maintain the integrity and security of your data, we are not liable for any loss or damage to such content except as a result of our negligence or willful misconduct. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information in the App or generated by it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App. Our liability for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or any decisions made based on information provided by the App.
We recommend that you independently verify any critical information or calculations provided by the App before relying on them for business decisions. Our commitment to providing the App in good faith does not alter or expand our responsibilities or liabilities as stated in these Terms.
